When triaging your calls, patient safety is our main priority.
We operate a daily telephone triage service; patient can book routine telephone triage appointment with a GP within a week. We offer urgent triage slots daily.
The urgent slots will only be used patient needing same day treatment. Your call may be added to the next available routine slot if it is not urgent.
Calls lists are subject to capacity. Therefore once full no more request will be taken unless deemed medically urgent.
Please contact the surgery between 9.00am & 10.00am to arrange a telephone call
The GP will ring from an unknown/private number and will only try your number twice please ensure you have your phone near your to take the call!
If you have missed your call from the GP, please telephone the following week day at 9.00am.
The receptionist will ask details so that the GP can prioritise their calls.
For genuine emergencies there will be an an emergency doctor on call every afternoon.
